Our Guarantee:

All products ordered from us are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely delighted with the quality or condition of a delivered product, we will unconditionally replace the product(s), or offer a full refund or credit - whichever YOU prefer. Please contact our customer service department immediately if there is a problem with your order. We promise to make it right!

Returns / Refund Policy:

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Perishable and fragile products can not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.

Substitution Policy:

If we are out of a particular product you have selected for one of your baskets ( i.e. a specific coffee, chocolate, cookie, etc.), our basketeers may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value in it’s place. Note that this substitution policy applies only to the products IN the baskets and not the baskets themselves. In the event that we are out of stock of a particular Chest, Basket, or Wine Caddy you’ve ordered, one of our representatives will contact you to discuss substitution alternatives, backorder schedules, or refund arrangements.

Payment By Credit Card

Like most online shopping sites which use realtime credit card authorization and processing, we charge our customer's credit card at the time the order is placed. Unless the order specifically requests a Delayed Delivery Date, all orders are shipped within 1 business day. Customers placing Delayed Delivery Date orders may, at their discretion, elect to submit their orders using Contact Customer instead of Pay By Credit Card. Orders submitted as Contact Customer will be charged when the order is shipped.

Shipping Information

We use FedEx for all shipments. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis directly from our own highly discounted FedEx rates.

Address Corrections:

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:
Recipient Name(s)
Company Name (if applicable)
Street Number and Street Name
Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
Accurate zip code

Please check your shipping information very carefully. If FedEx applies address correction charges to your delivery as a result of you furnishing erroneous information, these charges will be billed to your credit card.

Discount Codes & Charitable Contributions

Please note that only 1 discount code may be applied to a purchase. Discount codes may not be combined with other discounts or charitable contribution offers.

Taxes

As required by Texas law, we apply State and Local sales taxes (currently 8.25 %) to all purchases (including shipping charges) shipped to Texas addresses. Purchases shipped to addresses outside the state of Texas have no sales tax applied.
